As far as I know-from Anthony Beevor's book 'Berlin', the Wolf's Lair was captured intact-or mainly intact- by the Russians. There were steel shutters and all manner of advanced features. I believe the Germans simply abandoned it and moved back to a new base near Berlin- can't remember the name. I guess it was blown up by the Russians or maybe after the fall of the USSR.

20th November 1944 they upped sticks. The Red Army got there 27th January 45.

it didnt blow fully cos they put the explosives ontop of the basement an it blew downwards cos the floors gave way before everything else an maybe cos theres so many windows in it to they blew open aswell letting the pressure out

Sounds almost like a tannoy in the distance. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some guards, that are still "on duty" there.
