Hey Wolfy, Shadow-shroom actually kills those pyramid heads quite easily as it ignores it's defense. Would love to see you utilize the plant more. Also note that it doesn't need to be in the ranges of a moonflower, you can use it without it's aura as it does pretty much the same thing from what I've seen.

Hey wolfy, I dont know if you know this, but theres's a bizarre mechanic in pvz2, where the more plants you have on your conveyor, the slower new plants appear on it. That means if you spam plants off your conveyor, more will come faster. Thats for example why levels like the midboss of BWB is so hard for people, because they dont know that hidden mechanic.

Important trick for future zomboss. At least in the original game if you use plant food on a land he is charging he will stop at the plant currently doing it's plant food attack animation. You still get the benefit of him killing any zombies in front of your plants but you don't lose any plants that way!

@@dontmindme8571 Basically, most plants activating plant food or instant use plants stun and cancels zomboss's charge attacks. Exceptions to the plant food are Spikeweed and Spikerock (just stuns, not cancels), Spring Bean (don't know if he can stun after the effect or midway in the animation but he gets killed during the start of his PF animation before it is in effect)

Honestly, Zoybean Pod is SUPER UNDERATED. Espically in that first level, the zombies eat everything and I use them in every setup almost. Also, I personally think that swearing by Lava Gauva is definently worth it.

Pro tip: for conveyor belt levels, the less plants you have on the conveyor the faster they spawn, so try to plant them as fast as possible and you'll have an easier time with zomboss

Hey Wolfy, the intended strategy for the last boss fight is to place 4 plants next to each other at a time, then conserve grave busters. You should also not always let him charge your defenses. But props to getting past the second phase!

Here’s some advice for the big wave beach world. It’s better if you put your sun producing plants/cheep plants in the water it helps your heavy damage plants deal with the zombies easier and not have them swept away by the low tide.

7:00 Missile Toe in Reflourished is terrible because its main gimmick is to chill instead of kill, while that's not bad, all other stalling plants completely outclass it. In Vanilla it was originally just better Banana but here its awful. Edit: I take this back, Missile is great at what she does, she just needs a lot of attention considering she is manual but she gets the job done.

Some advice for the future boss fights: If you plant food a plant, while it’s plant food attack is happening, it stops the boss’ charge and stuns it, so you can clear the zombies, while keeping the plants. This is some you might need to exploit of you are to survive the future bosses. Bear in mind, they might have changed it for the new bosses, I only know it works for the regular bosses, but it’s worth a shot!

Power Lily also counters the boss' charges through its inability to die during its animations of giving you a plant food. (Wolfy realized this in the video.)

That only works for the quadruped bosses, there might be more but some like the Dark Ages one can destroy two whole lanes and you can only save one plant by boosting it

@@GNVS300 The boosted Magnet Shroom counters the flame breath! Since you only get one, it's advised to dig it up as soon as you place it down so you can interrupt the flame breath as much as possible.

For zomboss fights, you should really save the plant foods for when he charges to stop his charge mid way so he doesn't remove your defence, zombies die easy enough but he charges the lanes, removes your defence and he spawns a butt ton of zombies after destroying your defence

I'm assuming this was recorded a while ago but I realized you were running an older version of Reflourished, they made some balance changes to make some plants better and some worse, theyve changed up the first two Zomboss Expansion fights (AE and PS) and they've also made some bug fixes, overall I'd always recommend being on the latest version of the game

@@midgenya9479 In the Reflourished discord, you shouldn't worry about losing your save progress as it's very easy to download the obb and almost impossible to accidentally delete your save, if you're still scared you can always just backup your pp.dat

You can stop zomboss’ charge by using a plant food. Since plants are invincible while they are using their plant food you can make a plant immune to a zomboss missile and the missile won’t spawn tombstones either. It will just disappear. You need to time it correctly tho.

A very important thing about conveyors so you don't struggle as much against the other zomboss rematches. If you have in used plants in your conveyor than the new plants slow down so you want to spam every plant to get more of them down. Also check out the shop

Shadow-Shroom is really good for taking out zombies with a lot of armour. Like the pyramid heads and knights since it ignores armour. It doesn’t even need moonflower to be that great.

Wolfy, I'm sure you've figured this out already, but when playing conveyer belt levels disregard pretty much anything resebling strategy because your actually much well off by just constantly placing down plants that show up on the belt. The less plants on the belt the better

Wolfy, if you ever need it the grapeblast is really good especially when you also use an imitator to imitate it. Ofc thyme warp also saves lifes. The plantfood flower is also great since you can reset thyme warp and grapeshot cooldown with a plantfood. Infinut plantfood is still goated and primal johnny works great for inf stalling gargs but also other zombies due the insanely low cooldown. The holiday mashup world is WILD and there's stuff in there you wont expect, the modern day expansion is... well.. good luck

Hello, I suggest you use Inferno in PVZ2. He's really good and can kill a whole gargantuar. He's good at killing tanky zombies like bucket heads, pyramid heads, etc. He summons a blazing fire tornado and pushes zombies back to stall and damage them. He may not be good in crowdy places with zombies, but he can be supported with spear-type plants such as spike weed and spike rock, or catapult plants that have splash damage, such as Melon Pult. Inferno is a fire plant that is used to kill buff zombies like gargantuars, bucket heads, pyramid heads, etc., and is good for stalling zombies. Its weaknesses are graves, crowds of zombies, octo zombie fishermen, zombie wizards, etc. Please respond to this comment.

On the final boss my strat was to focus on the graves as soon as a rocket landed i just put something down where the bones were going to land which kept the area free from graves I even placed just power lilys to stop it from spreading graves everywhere. I played the unnerfed version of the boss and it only took me about 5 tries maybe I was just lucky but I didnt find it that hard.

Cam honestly, I feel you should stop using only one offensive plant. It might not work as well in reflourished, but I usually go primal sunflower, lightning reed, roto, snapdragon, Speedo or space Johnny, and primal potato mine and cherry bomb or celery stalker

General tip for all the Zomboss fights: Spam. Spam plants constantly. The more you plant, the better the plants you get. It's a weird system but it makes the fights noticeably easier.

Hey wolfy, usually its better to put sunflowers at the front, even if youre not using primals. Losing a sunflower isnt that big of a deal, but your attacking plants are much more difficult to replace and are also much more important.

You put your sun flowers a row or more forward because it’s best you have your fighting plants at the back so they’re more safe and can kill zombies if they skip forward to the last 3 or 2 rows
