Wolf law primarily applies to increased axial weight load through a joint. Hanging and letting your legs hang, will not lengthen the bones in your legs.

Hello doctor, I have a question. There are many videos regarding the Wolf Law, and among these clips there are tips such as jumping like the Maasai tribes to wish the bones of the man and increase the height, is this true?

Simply put, there’s truth to this. If there’s in increased amount of stress continually on the bone or joint over time, then the body will increase bone density at that joint. But the Maasai tribes jumping probably helps to keep the intervertebral discs hydrated. The more hydrated the discs, the taller the person is in theory, but I doubt it would actually make someone taller. It would just prevent one from getting slightly shorter over time.

Yes improving posture by restoring proper spinal curves and improving disc hydration/disc health does help to increase height slightly

Use masai jumps for 15-10 or maybe just 5 mins and then hang ankle weights out of your bed for about 30-60min this will stretch does micro fractures in the legs caused by the jumps and will increase height
