This is NOT Kaiserschmarrn. And this way it will never be served in Austria. But I invite all of you to try really Kaiserschmarrn, because it is one of the most delightful and delicious deserts in Austria. And if: eat it with Apfelmus or - better - Zwetschgenröster (awesome).

If you watch his tasty video from buzzfeed, he mentions that he makes a lighter VERSION of it, that his mother made. He makes it lighter so it can be made as a desert

Well, he is not wrong. There is the traditional Kaiserschmarrn and then there are varieties of course. What Puck makes is nowhere near the traditional version. (but it looks veeerry delicious).
