Been listening to this everyday since you posted and I would just like to say: I truly enjoy this version more than the original. This version gives me chills every time, it makes my chest ache and I feel like this is the version of Mirabel that's singing in a deeper form of her grief vs the Disney's 'still sad but more upbeat because it still has a child audience' version. I hope that makes sense lol. Thank you for for this beautiful cover

This is sooooo good! In the original, Stephanie's voice is really bright in the showtune style (I think partly because she's playing a teenager), and she does a good job of keeping it balanced, but your voice is so rich, and it really suites the song. Because Stephanie is a mezzo soprano, so the highest note of this song is just slightly out of the alto range (based on the richness of your voice, that's what I'm guessing your voice part would be), and idk if that is why you decided to go softer on that note instead of belting it like Stephanie does, but whether if it was a technical or artistic choice (or both), and I really loved it because the emotion it betrayed was really heart breaking and fantastic! I also I loved your ukulele playing. Would you be interested in making a ukulele tutorial for this song? There are practically none on KZbin right now. I know at I would appreciate it 😅 (only if you want to tho, no pressure). Anyways, this was an awesome cover. I really liked it, and I'd love to hear more because your voice is beautiful! 😁
