I think the ear piece and backstage pass is only because the majority of the film is gonna be Josh tryna figure out a way to get out of the building without alerting the police or his daughter, so he’ll steal the passes to try and see if he can escape from backstage. These theories are fun but I don’t think any of them are gonna be right. M. Night doesn’t ALWAYS do huge twists so I have a feeling there won’t be one in this, or at least there won’t be a huge one that changes everything we’ve just seen. If there is a twist it’ll be something like he is the butcher but only kills bad guys or something, I dunno 🤷‍♂️

The Sixth Sense theory is the weakest/silliest one with me, along with the daughter being dead. I think it would be too close to Split to reveal it to be a secret sequel to The Sixth Sense, I don’t think he would do that again. I also kinda just don’t want him to touch it 😂 I kinda just want it to be a thriller about a bad guy trying to get away with it. Something like Hitchcocks Rope. This one doesn’t look all that supernatural to me, other than the description of “a dark and sinister event” and Lady Ravens name.

Cole did his best to ignore his past and his powers, choosing to be normal instead of helping others. Until his daughter was killed by the butcher. Now he and his daughter's ghost are trying to track down the butcher before he kills more little girls.

Yes I thought the same theory in a video on my channel too. Also another theory I thought of is that this could all be in Cooper’s mind. It’s not real. It could all be a figment of his psychosis even the daughter, he “Trapped” in his own head! 😊

5:57 One theory about this I just came up with, sort of goes back with another of my theories. The fact that the dad is the butcher but he’s only killing off creeps and perverts…..or that the dad has captured the butcher and (like someone mentioned, there’s 2 killers at the concert) there’s another killer at the concert. The police find the dad and tell him they know what’s going on…..but ration a deal with him. If he helps them capture the other killer at the concert, they’ll talk to the judge for a lighter sentence. However, another whacko theory is that half of the police could also being making this same deal to the other killer at the concert as well…..and the whole thing is now a cat and mouse game. But man….we’ll just have to wait and see. Still have to wait +100 days for the film to come out.

I think a better sequel would be to one no one expects. What happens when Laurie’s son eventually gives in to his famous uncles tendencies after confronting him at that school back in 1998. Happy Halloween everyone

I still think the use of color is the twist. In the sixth sense red represented death. Blue is also a common color. Mix blue and red and you get purple... Mr. Glass's thematic color. Maybe, with a Doctor looking for the Butcher, could the butcher be an escaped patient from the same psychiatric hospital as Mr. Glass. Yeah its definitely part of the Unbreakable universe!

If trap were in the same universe as unbreakable, It'll prob also make the butcher a unique character like the other metahumans in the film series probably because of the color scheme. David Dunn - 🟢 The horde - 🟡 Mr Glass - 🟣 The butcher - 🔵/🔴 Although I think it could possibly be in the sixth sense and Cooper is Cole sear. The possibilities of theories are endless

Six sense yes, i agree. But I one of the butchers past victims reach out to an older Joel Olsen maybe helping the police. The fact that the police dont recognized them immediately suggests they dont have a complete picture.

Ironically there is absolute nothing in this trailer to hint any sort of twist.... Everything in this trailer points to him being the butcher.... The only reason we are guessing twists is because this is an M. Night Shyamalan film... And he always puts twists in his movies... So, now we assume twists... So, the best twist he could do at this point, is no twists...

1:23 At point in the trailer someone says to the dad, “your daughter’s never going to forget this day.” So I think we can scratch the ghost theory off the list. As for getting back stage, I think Jamie (the concession stand guy) helps the dad. I strongly believe Jamie and the dad had a previous relationship before the movie, like they’re old classmates from college or high school or some other job. I made mention of the lady at 5:08 in my video.

Hi Barry, dont be fooled by the band.. Remember that the movie that made Shyamalan famous was based on a trick: Bruce Willis as a Ghost Who uses a tape to listen to the voices of other Ghosts and start to believe to the Kid.. Shyamalan often does this kind of dumb stuff.. now I dont express myself on the theory, but the band doesnt make it less unrealistic, according to Shyamalan past..

@@WolfmansGotNards I know.. my english suck.. there is a scene in the Fifth Sense where Bruce Willis listen to a tape of the Kid talking about Ghosts, multiple times.. he then, increasing the volume, hears the voices of Ghosts, and then he realizes that the Kid isnt Crazy and Ghosts are real.. that's a bad trick. Because, being Bruce Willis a Ghost, the whole scene is pretty ridicolous, he shouldnt being using a record, because it's a Ghost.. so, dont be fooled by the fact that the girl in the trailer has a badge, or a band, or any matherial object with her because Shyamalan already did these kind of Tricks Just to fool the viewers.. it's not Fair, it's like bad "whodunit" book Tricks..

He CAN use the recording device. He used the recording device when he was alive. It was a daily routine. The ghosts (including Willis) did their daily routine before realising they were dead. The voice he heard on the tape was actually himself. After finding out, he could no longer touch things as he realised he is dead. He could move things as a ghost easily as he wasn't confused at the time. Like Kyra moving the box towards Cole.
