In Wolfenstein 2: TNC, you can read a few things that describe what's happened in the six months that BJ was comatose. A few of them describe Caroline meeting with a French resistance member named Juna, and going from allies to lovers. Sadly, Juna does not appear in the game, as she was grievously wounded before BJ woke up. The documents say that she's being kept alive somewhere on the Eva's Hammer, in hopes that she may be revived-but Set believes it's not possible, as Juna is already brain-dead.
