I have the Bucklos double crown inverted fork. It is a smooth solid fork. The only issue I had with it is the pinch bolts. Make sure to use some blue lock tight on them. I did not, and first ride with the fork I lost a bolt and the other 3 were loose. These bolts are not for tightening too much. That is why they get loose so quick. A little blue lock tight will keep them in place. I have this fork on my FreeSky Swifthorse. So it is a fat tire bike. Also use some velcro tape on the tape at where your dust sheild touches the fork. Use the soft side. That will take away the shield noice add the rub.

My 3 year old bolany oil slick airfork still works flawlessly and my kid loves it. It has never been serviced but still smooth like day 1 I even like the compression more than my Suntour Epixon. We only do light trials so far so good that oldie but goodie bolany still holding up.

I think the issue with the fork may be that it is too slack on that bike. Maybe on a larger frame or something less slack it may be better. I do like the look of that trail, looks more cross country and less rocks. Thank you for sharing. We get to experience some of these trails and mods that we may not have time to do.

Absolutely brother, love the fork and you know the trail isn not bad at all. I forgot how much I like it. That bike may be the wrong setup for smalls I agree, too much slack. Thanks Lebron Photo (not.com)

Boloney/Bologna reappeared 😜🌭 But on a serious note, have you seen the Push inverted fork? They released their first fork this year. Of course that fork cos more than the bike. But that fork looks good, and not only that it's a coil fork. So that's interesting. Yes people expensive coil forks exist. I see people love the Intend inverted fork. But the cheapest inverted forks I know of are Wren. Simple air cartridge easy to service.

Blah blah Bolany;) I loved watching Wolf enjoying his e-bike. The fork actually looked like it smoothed out the ride nicely.

8:46 That's normal to some degree on a regular fork with slack head angle. As the fork flexes, and it uses on the stanchions. But will feel good when pushing at the angle of the fork, not pushing straight down. But I've never tested an upside down fork. 🤔

The long length of the fork rakes the front out so much that it causes stiction. If it had shorter travel it would work better.

The video of the fork working going down the trail it really looks pretty decent looks fairly smooth, but 6 pounds for a fork is kind of a dealbreaker.

The weight of the Bolany USD fork (and the DNM USD fork) is a major sticking point. I bought the much lighter Racework 150mm USD fork instead (27.5" version is 540mm A2C) No sticker on it "not for freeride or downhill". Although the sales pages say "DH ready" i stripped it to clean and regrease and was a tad worried about how the rebounder adjuster turns passed where it damps, and develops topout, but you learn to add more to the adjuster until the damping starts working to avoid the fork bolt shearing free. Bolany has a fork thats been selling for the last 3-4, months in China. 34mm stantions, 175mm travel, fits min 160mm disc rotor, with the dreaded sticker on it (175mm travel and not to ride hard on it? Madness!). It has bolts at the seal level to remove so you can syringe some oil into the oil foam rings to avoid a full strip down when it starts getting stiff, which cobsidering it diesnt have an oil bath in the lowers, will be every ride!
@mtbboy199310 ай бұрын
Racework is a copy ca brand, it won't surprise eme if its actually the same company, I see they copied Rockshox logos. Racework SID 🤦😁 I can actually get a real Rockshox fork cheaper second hand than this, or same price or twice, depending on condition and model, but still a better option than these copy cat brands. The fork selling season has not started in Norway yet, but during the summer the market will likely have many nice options for all budgets, like it usually does.

Hey brother, they are Leatt brand. They aren't the most supportive feeling Knee Pads as far as stiffness goes but they are super light and you feel like your wearing protective leggins. Which I like, only $46 here os an affiliate link. Best thing about them is they do not move lol. amzn.to/3TrE2Xu

The greasing oozing out is simply bad seals or out of spec parts. Not a susprise on a fork like this, this is not a remotely decent fork. A benefit of inverted forks is they get better lubrication. But what you got is not that. This is a bad sign. As for the pressure loss. Deflate it, and tighten the valve core, it might be loose. If not the air chamber leaks.

Good I know you talk in Fahrenheit, or you would sound insane if that was in Celsius 😁 20 and snowing ❄️🌨️☀️😰 😁 I always have to look up these numbers. 20F = -6,66666667 celcius. 60F = 15,5555556 c I looked into Fahrenheit : "Today, the United States, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia and the Marshall Islands are the only countries that exclusively use Fahrenheit temperatures"
