Why couldn't the homes have small balconies as is common in EU countries like Sweden? Would be nice to sit out on the balcony in the summer, especially apartments overlooking the canal.

Will make a great difference to that entry point to the city, but why are such unimaginative houses - not at all inviting architecture - no style or flair, yet again

Just look at it the other way. It will look miles better than the rundown eyesore now, at least it be new lease of life i say🤷🏿‍♂️😆

They want people to live in very small houses and hardly any or nogarden
