I just started the video but if you do stuff like hairstyling at home you should put your dog away in another part of the house. Dogs are big, clumsy balls of fur and there's a lot of hair treatment chemicals and tools you don't want knocked around. Edit: even though she closed the door the dog should have maybe been put in the room or backyard if they had one.

Having owned for Rhodesian Ridgebacks since I was 7 years old, they are extremely loyal family pets. They TRACKED lions and kept them at bay while the hunter came, they did not take them down themselves. Most of the time they stayed as protectors of the family. They should be aloof with strangers but not one of my Ridgebacks (15 or so) have even attempted to bite anyone. IF this is a purebred Ridgeback, that is poor training or breeding, but oftentimes what people call Ridgebacks are either crosses or simply get their hackles up when excited or aroused and people claim this is a ridge - a ridge is there from the moment they are born and never ever goes away. Ridgebacks get such a bad name in this way when they are a beautiful breed.

This may sound odd but it wouldn’t even occur to me to sue someone over this. I’ve had many situations at random where I had to go to the er or miss work from similar situations and now I wish I would’ve thought to sue! Lol. It just doesn’t even cross my mind at the time. I just tend to view accidents as accidents, where no one is at fault. Even if they are technically responsible for it, would still feel icky about suing them over such an accident where no one was seriously injured or hospitalized. Kudos to this woman for doing it anyways. She seems like a go getter, never missed work, she wanted that money!

Rhodesian Ridgebacks were bred for hunting lions. Just sayin. Not the kind to keep cooped up somewhere when any kind of company is over. Also if it was a purebred, it must've cost quite a bit. If she was homeless, how did she get the dog? These questions will probably never be answered.

If it was the dog shown in the picture it’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix at best. It looks like any old rescue dog. I personally don’t see any Ridgeback in the dog, not to mention they’re quite large dogs and the plaintiff said it was medium sized. I doubt it cost that much, but agree that if it is, they don’t do well cooped up.

I’m gonna theorize on why the dog probably bit this woman it is not the plaintiff’s fault. I’m not saying that, but she said the dog was acting all crazy and running around the bedroom getting on the bed and just acting crazy. Had all this energy well, Rhodesian Ridgeback Are severely severely high energy dogs and high energy dogs like pitbull Siberian huskies border collies red/ blue heelers Jack Russell terriers if they don’t get the exercise that they’re breed direly needs which all these breeds are high energy dogs, and they are working dogs. If they don’t get the proper exercise, their mental health can decline which can cause the chemicals in their brain to alter because they have all this built-up energy in them, they don’t know how to release it, so my theory is that the defendant does not exercise her dog regularly. They need exercise every single day for like two hours and then an hour like after dinner or whatever this is why not everybody should own the dogs that I have listed or a Rhodesian Ridgeback, but people do, they just want to get a dog based on their looks or a dog that they’ve seen on movies and TV shows and think they can handle that breed or whatever dog breed is trending on Facebook or TikTok. These dogs are breeds and the other ones I have listed but they need the right owner that is going to get them mentally emotionally and physically what they need and I think this dog had all this pent-up energy like I said I’m seeing my theory is that this dog had all this pent-up energy she let it in the room. It was also excited to see a new person. It was running around like crazy, and then bit the gal on the hand when she kinda held up her hand to kinda, I think block or stop the dog from coming at her running at her. All excited also when people get a working breed dog, or a very very high energy dog and they don’t exercise them or anything part of the chemical imbalance in their brain. Brain can alter their impulse control Which dogs don’t have good impulse control too when they’re not trained either so I think this dog had an impulse control problem because either it was never trained or it never gets exercised or this is why people really need to think about when they get a dog, especially a breed dog or a very high energy dog breed it’s sad that a lot of these dogs are on the aggressive breed list of people backyard breeders that will give these high energy dogs or working dog breeds to people that have no business owning them they don’t research or ask questions to these new owners or potential owners if they can actually handle this breed Judge Judy did a case where a 18-year-old got a border collie puppy, and then wanted to return the dog and I think it was irresponsible of the breeder to say I’m not taking the dog back you’re not getting your money back so she took her to court and judge Judy ruled in the defendants case of not owing that 18-year-old girl the money because this girl was an 18-year-old first off and second off. She was in college full-time and did not have a job and lived with her dad and then she proceeds to say this puppy is nice even though when she got it, it was an eight week old puppy and she only kept it for I think like two or three months, it’s like yeah girl you got a breed you cannot handle that is the thing and the breeder should have never let this 18-year-old college girl that has no job buy a border collie who is an extreme high energy dog and a working dog that is a recipe for disaster

What does it matter why she did her hair at the plaintiff's house instead of her own?? JJ says it like she purposely had her come to her home so that the dog could bite her, its a ridiculous question!!
@angelamalik9437 Жыл бұрын
It's a relevant question. JJ is asking about the context of the situation so she has a better idea of what happened, why the different people did the things they did, and she's assessing how truthful the answers are. If you just let people tell you the story they prepared for court, you get lies (if they are lying). Asking questions around the situation helps flesh out whether the story is true, what the person's mindset was at the time etc.
