But often pet owners dont want or cannot pay vet bills for aging pets and will just abandon them outside. Also, I don't see many people eating their fellow humans, but most will eat animals without a second thought.

No idea what these responses are talking about, but it's really not about a lack of patience for most people. Going to the vet for a checkin will cost you upwards of $600, and you're doing that every few weeks + meds + hospitalizations/surgeries. It's really not sustainable for 95% of americans unfortunately even if they love their pet

Well kindly enough this girl can afford it and I hope the wee cat is well looked after which I don’t doubt for a second It’s a shame people all live in different circumstances but if there are any grandmothers and grandfathers that need adopted I will gladly take them off your hands. yeah ive had a cat like that. would literally yell continuously for at least 30 seconds straight. sometimes until they were out of breath. usually when i get home or dinner time. holy that cat just loved to scream and i would just scream at him back in the same tone and we would just have wars.

Juice is so cute! I love how he puts his front paws on the counter but keeps his back paws on the chair! I am also a mom to a munchkin (small one) that I rescued almost 5 years ago. Mine is only 8 pounds and FIV positive. Unfortunately, he does not have a full life expectancy either, but he's happy and very spoiled! If we can give them love and happiness, it's so worth the extra effort. Thank you for rescuing Juice!!

This is what responsible pet ownership is all about. Sometimes you cannot care for a pet and the best thing to do is to surrender them to someone who can. You always gotta think of them first! Juice is such a sweet kitten. There is no expense that is too great when it's to save an affectionate cat who will love until the end. It is totally a worthwhile investment when you save a loved one. By saving them, you also save yourself. I know from firsthand experience. 😸 ❤
