In the comments of countless arrest videos, someone always pops up and says this, like they know the perp's history. No, we don't know. First, you have to remember that the perp is under the influence. Not everyone acts the same when under the influence. Second, this type of behavior, particularly in females, always suggests a past history of abuse, and/or having a parent that was an alcoholic. I've seen it play out that way too many times.

Nah, a lot of times those who act out the most are just products of their upbringing. Emotionally stunted from some form of abuse. This particular women was raped repeatedly as a child by her bio father. Pretty sure the term “no” means nothing to her because it didn’t work for her. The abuse she suffered is also why she freaked out at the thought of being restrained. This is a perfect example as to why we need trained emotional support professionals out on the streets supporting officers. They are trying it in some areas of the US with fantastic success. If you watch enough of these body cam footage videos, they are basically all the same. Minor situations that escalate into major problems. They all end this way. It’s unsafe for citizens. It’s unsafe for the police. It’s just not necessary. Deescalating the situation should be paramont.

The classic iterations of "I'm just a girl, I can't possibly hurt you" Amber Heard said things like this as well. There are women out there who will quickly resort to this "logic" to justify being openly abusive and avoid being held accountable for it. I had an ex who one day got mad at me and just repeatedly tried to punch me full on in the face. The cops came, and she told them the same shit. People, if a girl ever says this around you, and even worse, smiles and/or giggles when she does, get away from her as fast as possible.

I’m almost 40 and my parents favorite word was no! No you can’t do this, go there! Sometimes we were told otherwise we weren’t. We also had to earn the right hang out past dark or go to certain places by ourselves. If we broke the rules we lost all privileges we had earned and had to start over! My siblings and I learned quickly that while our parents we fair it was harder to regain their trust once we broke their trust. If more kids were told know with explanations, made to earn the their parents trust and to go to places that are age appropriate and face consequences for not acting responsibly for their age this world not happen as often.

@longbowshooter5291 Жыл бұрын
Learned early, and never grew out of the temper tantrum stage. As a kid I remember being at a friend's house, his mother told him she baked a cake for him. He asked her what kind and when she told him chocolate - he blew up! He threw a temper tantrum, yelling and screaming he wanted a yellow cake. Just went off the deep end! It REALLY threw me when I saw him doing that, I couldn't imagine acting like that as a teenager at that time. The only thing I could think of is how fast I'd have my butt whipped if I EVER acted like that to my family. Rightfully so I would add. But his mother kept apologizing, told him she will bake another cake for him right away. A yellow cake like he wants. That's how these people get that way.

Once you see it, you cannot 'unsee'. She's similar to my ex. She did a great job concealing it, but eventually her real personality surfaced. It's so important to spend at least a year, or five, with someone before entering a relationship. Do everything a married couple does, i.e. see each other everyday, vacation together, etc. My ex and I spent a lot of time together for multiple months before deciding to date. No sex, not even a kiss. Shortly after she moved in her real personality emerged. The difference between her public and private persona literally altered my perception of reality. Not even her closest friends from childhood saw that side of her. Thankfully she wasn't able to have children. Had she became pregnant I would have been screwed. It made me realize that there's a lot of men trapped in loveless, abusive marriages. I feel so bad for men in marriages of that nature. It's soul crushing.

So, basically she got away with her disgusting criminal behaviour, all because the prosecutor couldn’t be bothered holding her accountable for her actions. No wonder entitled people act this way, they know there are no consequences.

I think she got away with the breath analyzer test too because they didn't test her for 2.5 hours. Perhaps she knew what she was doing after all. Had she complied and took the breath test, it would have hit 0.8 as soon as she was stopped.

Dismissing charges, especially when video evidence proves they were valid, only encourages this ridiculous behavior. People need to be held accountable for their actions. She kept screaming she's not an animal and I agree. Animals behave better.

I’m glad charges were dismissed. Public humiliation will teach her more than a stupid DUI driving course and summary probation lol, we know, you’d like everyone to get punished for every wrong they’ve ever committed. If jail and public humiliation isn’t enough, 1 mil views in 2 days, you want her entire future to be screwed too? Talk about having no heart ❤️
@tomr3422 Жыл бұрын
@@FatherSonSpirit1 we could just change the constitution to say all crimes should not be prosecuted, only public humiliation should be the only accoutability - when you dont have the moral fiber to not drink and drive and then claim you are a victim after you are caught, humiliation isnt going to do much, always some simp like you that will think they are victims and give them jobs and take care of them - its sad
