I am sorry but that is disgusting, no matter circumcised or no every man should clean himself. I understand if the person for some fisical reason couldn’t do it himself, that would be different. I know some man probably weren’t instructed as a child, that they had to do it, but other wise there is not excuse for that. I am sorry but some people are lazy and dirty and, that is terrible! My ex-husband always took care of that, and he told my son how to do it as well.

My Uncle was not circumcised and got penile cancer. They ended up removing his penis to prevent the cancer from spreading. Does being uncircumcised increase your risk of cancer because i would rather have a little of my penis removed than the whole package.

Firstly, I’m sorry for what happened to your uncle. Secondly, having fore skin removed AROUND the penis, isn’t the same as having a “piece” of the actual penis removed. It’s only skin that’ll be removed so, no loss of inches concerning the penis.
