That means your body is working the way it should. You getting nauseous after a certain threshold is your body’s way of saying “Hey! We’ve had enough! Stop” For people like Kimberly or obese people in general, their bodies don’t do that. Their bodies don’t send signals that say “stop” as fast or as efficiently at leaner people’s bodies do. That’s why can carry on eating all that food and feel just fine. This is also why they invented drugs like wegovy and ozempic to restore those signals.

Healthy teeth do not hurt with cold. Forced milk as a kid and sometimes willingly drinking a gallon of milk a day easily 10+ yrs of my life, my teeth don't hurt eating cold things. All my teeth currently and no cavities either. 49yo. Tooth health isn't just external care, it's internal initial life care that benefits you the rest of your life. Fluoride. You can also go months and years without brushing with proper care and diet. Just brush daily

I’m going through the same thing just not as bad , I’m having a hard time with the Mexican Bubble Gum Ice Cream Bars, I eat about 4 or 5 a day however I do skip some days 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had that too, I ate 20 Magnums a day - nothing but that. Once I stayed at my parents house for a while and my mum opened the trash and was shocked - all the ice cream papers in it. I felt like an alcoholic whose hidden bottles just had been found - that was the moment I knew I had to get help. It was horrible. It did not even taste good.

I'm eating a gallon within about a week at this point and I feel like it's too much. I really found this video and am glad I'm not alone. I too struggle with the love of ice cream, lately it's been great value ice cream. It's SO GOOD.. just so damn good I cannot go a day with craving 2-3 decent sized cones a day. I've been fearful of diabetes but I also cut out soda recently completely and only drink water and powdered gatorade mixed in water to hydrate

I had gastric sleeve and have had to re-gain control over my addiction. It physically hurts your stomach so much *unless* its an item like these/liquid food. That digests a lot faster. Its extrememy easy to over-eat these/not as simple as the lady explained. You can also somewhat restretch your stomach with bypass like hers, tho not as much as sleeve.

I had the sleeve almost a year out and I tend to overeat due to waiting too long to eat or the pregnancy cravings but when I overeat I get sick as a dog. But I need to start measuring my food
