Wants to make it illegal to photograph the top half of a woman in a public place. Well if that ever became a law then CCTV and vehicle dash cams are screwed !

I think this mans behaviour was less than galant, however removing rights from all of is feels like the proverbial hammer to crack a nut(job). Who knows how others may abuse such a law in future! It certainly wouldn't protect this lady because people with such an inclination would simply revert to more covert methods.
