I think alot of dating advice is wrong about making it priority of ignoring women or texting less to maintain interest. Which may help but what is actually way more important and harder to do is build rapport and constantly picking up social cues and reacting appropriately to those social cues. Especially to her type of love language and what makes her tick, detecting her next moment of interest, leading her into interesting things that she warms to, etc. If you can do that you can actually talk to her more often but requires sensitivity to her nature and reaction. If you have that sensitivity you will even notice when to stop talking to her because otherwise you would be overbearing. So it would be a more directed ignoring for the good of both not a game.
