Male privilege is real as is female privilege, they’re just different. Men get taken more seriously in certain situations e.g. buying a car, getting promoted at a job, being seen as a good dad for doing the bare minimum.

As for buying a car, men tend to be more disagreeable and thus more likely to be direct and assertive when making a deal. That said, female privilege still exists in the workplace thanks to affirmative action (women are more likely to gain employment in male dominated fields even if they don't have the same level of skill/expertise as the males) This isn't to say women don't work hard or aren't assertive, just not on the same level as most men. As for doing the bare minimum as a parent, I could see an argument for that But it's not really a "privilege" as much as just a trope

There's still a lot of barriers in the workplace especially when we look at large companies office culture. A culture that historically struggles with accepting women into the fold, out of business meetings, drinks, jokes, promotions etc while they still face all sorts of harassment and unconsciously biased treatment.

Can I ask you about something that happened with me? I lost a lass I travelled the world for, we were staying in same city but stopped seeing each other for weeks. These awesome power gals stayed at my hostel and we got along so well with music, food and laughs one night, best highlight of the year. I grabbed her and said I'm taking you to an expensive restaurant babe and she got happy. So we left and when we got there we ate so much good food and desserts. I've cheated once. It was long after staying with the woman after finding out she had cheated on me. (on off 2 year relationship).
