That’s EXACTLY what my brother goes through, his baby mama is so toxic it’s ridiculous. She used him to get pregnant because before the baby she was cool and the moment we found out she was pregnant she changed and didn’t want us near the baby, so we told him just leave the situation and go put himself on child support. I don’t get why some women choose to be single parents but go head🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

So true, my son going through this now. It's been 12 years and he is still going to court for his son, she told him that if he didn't stop seeing his girlfriend that she would keep him from his son. I told him to get an attorney and go to court. It finally came out in the last month that she really wanted to build a family with my son. She thought if she acted out that he would come back. Feel for my son because now it's hard for him to trust any women. Iam praying for him.

Im tired of the excuses from a lot of guys about the court being one sided. I did EXACTLY what Brother Phil just said. I opened myself up and allowed the courts access into my life during our custody case. I NEVER allowed myself to have any interactions outside the eyes of the court with her. If you're dealing with a deadbeat woman as many proclaim, then there's no reasons this isnt an option. Ive seen this work out for many men in the court system. If you making an excuse and saying the courts in the women favor then you dont want the responsibility. Ive seen guys come in with legal help and guys who represented themselves. I had to deal with Detroit's friend of the court, and they are horrible. I retained a lawyer, and it was worth the $2500 because their attitude changes when you have representation because I've personally seen guys get dogged out and disrespected by court representatives and judges.

It doesn’t matter if you have a good lawyer or not, everything is in a woman’s favor when she goes to Family Court. I’m speaking from experience. And it would take an act of God to get custody of your child even when there’s evidence of abuse and neglect from the mother. They will give the mother chance after chance after chance. Sometimes, the judge doesn’t even want to hear about her shenanigans. He will mostly likely give her a “slap on the wrist” and tell her to do better. No matter what the father’s occupation or status is, in the eyes of the court, they feel the child is better off with the mother. Everything you laid out in the video; I went through. It shouldn’t be that hard to be a father.
