A woman was stared down by a less-than-impressed Justin Bieber after she had spilt her coffee on the floor at a Community Goods store in Los Angeles.
Karla Ruiz was filming as she dropped her cup of iced coffee on the ground. As she went to leave the store embarrassed, she spotted Canadian singer Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey observing her.
Ruiz told Newsflare: "I went to Community Goods to film a TikTok since I am a content creator. I got nervous since Justin Bieber was there and completely made a fool outta myself."
The funny clip filmed on April 23 has racked up over 2 million views on TikTok.

To me, Justin is completely bi-polar. having emotions is ok, but. he changes emotions frequently. considering not only how angry he looked, he also looked evil. and there's also multiple times where, Hailey is seen trying to console him which i find strange because connecting dots. usually that type of rub is the "calming a person down" type of rub. and she does it a lot in public. it's just my opinion. to me, it's weird how he needs that much consoling. if you can't handle being in public, then? cause at the end of the day people are gonna be people. if anyone likes it or not.

Girl, he was harshly annoyed with the on purpose camera move she pulled on him. He knew she did this on purpose, that's why he was looking so pissed off, I would be too if people couldn't leave me alone all the time. It leaves you irritable on a constant level, causing manic behaviour. That does not mean he's bipolar tho

Exactly, people are gone be people... Nobody gonna be happy or smiling 24/7, people have a big spectrum of emotions and there is nothing bad with it. I'm sure if people were recording you all the time it would not be that diferent, besides her wife patting him it could be just a show of affection, not everyone is like you, plenty of people are very physical with their affections and sometimes people are not in a good moment in their life, that doesn't make them a bad person.
