just an observation of women at work from my point of view. an old man falls on the bus i'm riding and needs help up from an ambulance to get up. the ambulance arrives a man walks in and right to him directly speaking with and assisting him up. a woman paramedic walks in the bus and stands observing... then another man walks in and assists in getting the man up. with another observing female who did what exactly? I walk by construction by my house on the road. a woman holding a sign and texting. up the road dudes on equipment and digging holes manually with shovels. I get a new job the manager asks if I can lift 75-80 pound boxes. I say yes. I get in there with a few women on staff. "aaron can you lift these 2 boxes for me" ….whatever can't make a fuss. then its back to watching dudes work. "hey where is my equal pay!" ridiculous.

Similar situation at a theater. I work as a stage worker and every time some physical labor is needed and some other guys from ballet, orchestra and even management happen to be around, they simply help. Women, on the other hand are the biggest complainers ever! Stairs give a little bit - "I won't climb!" (meanwhile we carry heavy stuff down very unstable movable stairs off the stage, because they are put on cables and there is no way to put cables somewhere else at the moment); "It's cold, can you do something about it?" - women asks us to do exactly what, give her warmth and loving? "Oh, can you help move that contrabass and put it in the case?" - meanwhile men contrabassists always do it themselves, even though contrabasses are quite light and their cases are with wheels. Oh, and also: we had a concert in some church and we were caring long and awkward benches inside. My colleges went first and those double swinging doors hit my bench with glass. Nothing happened, just laud sound, I was waiting for opportunity to open those doors with my hands full.... And singer (a woman) started "what a hell are you doing, you'll break the glass!" instead of holding the door for me... Gosh I hate those "little stars" who allays find ways to complain. And it's mostly with women, even though there are a few men doing this either.

As a business owner, excluding hiring military veterans, I refuse to hire millennials and I am a millennial myself, ESPECIALLY female millennials. I’m sorry but they are too big of a risk to the company as everyone would always have to tip toe around them, like walking through a war zone, constantly trying to avoid triggering a land mine. I don’t want to worry about the lawsuits and being accused of discrimination. Therefore, I just subcontract virtual assistants from overseas, mostly the Philippines. They have made for EXCELLENT workers. Not only do they do everything I ask of them, not only do they do so with enthusiasm, but they ALWAYS go above and beyond what each tasks requires of them. If I say I need them to go through some public records to generate and mail out 200 letters, they will send out 300 or 400!! Unlike millennials, they APPRECIATE the job itself, the pay, how well I treat them, and most of them are moved to tears when I suprise them with quarterly and their yearly bonus pay at Christmas. I usually give them each a $5,000 Christmas bonus which is like an American getting a $25,000 bonus. They make nearly TRIPLE the average income of a Philippine so unlike lazy millennials, they are VERY loyal to my company. In fact, most, if not all of them are terrified of the idea of losing their contracts (jobs) with my company that they are always going out of their way to ensure they keep me happy as a boss even after I repeatedly tell them that they don’t need to do so and that they have absolutely nothing to worry about. I’m not going to fire them unless they do some crazy millennial sh*t. My American employees are two military veterans and two others I hired through a program that gives people with a criminal record a second chance at getting a good job and thus turning their lives around. The four of them love and appreciate their jobs, so much so, that I hardly ever have to watch over them. I feel for these mid level to large corporations that have no choice but to hire young millennials, especially sue happy, recreationally “outraged” millennial women who wear “political correctness” and feminism like an accessory which they take out and use to boast their image and give themselves fake “status” over others through fake moral “superiority”. No thanks!! I just won’t hire any millennials at all!!

Want more women in engineering? There's a simple answer. Just tell them there will be lights and cameras and attention and admiration and they can take all the soft jobs and go home early and retire young and shift blame on to 'those others' over there. Then they'll rush in to show what brilliant engineers they are.

Dead right. If it gives them attention, women will clamour towards it. Look at women gravitating towards the womens Aussie Rules Football. They've seen how much attention and money it gives the men, now they want some. And despite men playing this game for over 100 years and building up its supporter base, women want equal pay and conditions right now. Delusional idiots.

Yeah, whamen are pushing men to far. More and more men are waking up. Its sad so many men have to be hurt before they wake up. I advocate to getting women back in the home and out of the work force. There are just so many reasons why they shouldn't be in the workforce. One of which is the lot of them end up jumping ship after getting a college degree and getting preggers by a man. The average of which seems to run around 5 years after entering the work force in their field of choice. All one has to do to see this is a terrible consequence of having them in the work force is to look at female doctors. All the time and money they spend getting their degree to then leave it 5 years in never to return so we have a doctor shortage. You know what is great is there are actually women who are now telling me they think women should have their rights taken away as well. I don't know if your familiar with the Overton window, if not look it up. Looks like things are starting to swing back to where they should be. Question is, how do we keep it that way?

As a male engineer, I look back at my career and realize only now that I've never paid attention to something that is apparently extremely important: did I feel validated? It boggles the mind that I got my degree, applied for jobs, got promotions without ever wondering if I was sufficiently validated. Imagine your first baby steps without the presence of your mom or dad, arms extended, smiling at you with pride. Engineers should be allowed to experience the same warm feeling of love, support, compassion and of course validation not just in university, but also in the workplace. 😣

I work as an IT Engineer with a BSc Degree. Getting the degree is very different to real world engineering. My field is almost exclusively male, and for good reason. A lot of the work requires technical troubleshooting in the field and deploying battery backup units that weight 20 kg to 60kg. The one female I've worked with is terrible at doing field work and simply does not have the strength to handle the battery modules. I do have a great female project manager who kicks butt compared to any male PM I've had. However project management falls under something like an MBA - not Engineering. I predict this is going to result in many frustrated employers, stressed out/unhappy female engineers and a watering down of the value of Engineering Degrees.

This video is exactly right, we can never be truly equal mentally and physically, to do that you would have to lessen intelligence, strength, and attractiveness in society for the less advantaged to get ahead and I think they are starting to realize that thus their lowering their standards for women however that makes it unfair for the men who have dedicated all of their mental, physical and strength to the police force and other jobs as well. Feminists don't want to do the same work for the same pay, they want to do less work and get the same pay or even more.
