I held a door open for a group of people behind me at work, the first in line was a woman who looked down at the floor like I was insulting her. So I kept the door open and let the men through and once they had finished I closed the door on her, in which case she forgot her id card and had to wait outside for 5 minutes before someone opened the door for her. It's madness but it's real.

@@jwolf1125 that doesn't stop there being an exponential difference in how many times it goes from abuse to murder, not even for big things either. there's plenty to complain about with feminism, but men need to work with us and not constantly fight us. too many people assume and jump the gun that EVERY woman hates men and EVERY woman wants to control them, but that's not true. but when you look at social media, you see hundreds of thousands of men who seem very willing to put women in their "place" constantly. women also need to stop minimizing the issues men experience or mocking them for their circumstances. we really do have to sit and hold hands and listen to each other properly and understand neither side are good nor totally bad.

Jay Evans I understand that and your right all I was saying is that women could hurt a man by other means and it sometimes hard for some men to work with some women because some women only talk about subjects of how Men are wronged but they only do this because they want to make money off those men they sometimes don’t even really care about men problems just themselves so it’s tough to see who really trying to work with men

@@jwolf1125 no no i got what you were saying. and yes theres a few women out there ready to capitalize on the suffering of men and other folk, but these people typically get denounced (and if they aren't, denounce anyone who supports them). but nobody listens to the women who talk about how men are abused and hurt, and men in general don't seem to want to stand together to work with feminism about how to treat the issue, instead they bully each other over it and it's horrible (see: toxic masculinity). theres a lot of issues that effect both men AND women equally, but nobody can ever go over it or discuss it without being shut down and it's a huge problem, and we can't afford that to keep happening at this time.

Jay Evans ok that’s cool but I don’t think they want to work with feminisms because of what is feminism doing today which is mostly only helping women I mean if look up feminism it’s the advocacy women rights for equality why would men work with something that would only benefit women when their trying to fix both genders and the main problem with feminism is that they think everybody is equal but we are not men have their strengths and weaknesses and women have their strength and weaknesses it’s always been like that

I mentioned it to the doctor and said that can hardly be a coincidence. And she was really smiling and being like ''yea.. they get it back you know'' I was shocked. Like who gets what back? I have never been discriminating towards women and so has 95% of men. And here you are admitting that you only hire woman to get some kind of revenge on men? And she was even proud of it. There are isolated incidents of humans being indecent towards each other it happens no matter what because people are unpredictable and are going to make bad choices sometimes. But if you feel there is a problem speak up nothing to be afraid of just be understanding towards the people you are trying to get too and share a rational point. This is a misguided assumption that men can't talk about this much like how white people can't talk about slavery for example Its seen as taboo or insensitive BUT. You can talk about it you may get laughed at or yelled at buts that not scary a bit of conflict is needed on occasion to get the point across. And if that happens then you shared your opinion to a person that was being irrational or is just misinformed or a product of who they hang around and what they see in modern media etc.

The problem is as it gets worse it might eradicate civilization as we know it... Women will have kids with no men and have robots raise their kids in their pursuit of power and dominance over men... Men will choose robots over women, and will feel worthless as they will lose their sense of purpose ... And both gender will kill themselves as the suicide rate rise higher than cancer and cardiovascular deaths... Only then men and women will start realizing that they are meant to compliment each other and continue the eternal dance of masculine and feminine energy...

Yea they never fight to go work as salmon fishermen. If the job is in a comfy office with a high paying salary, and a computer to shop for shoes with and maternity they get concerned about being under represented. You never see them complaining about having to hold the stop sign on a construction site while the men are digging a hole either.

As a woman, I am terrified to live in a society where men are treated like no matter what they do, it's wrong. Everything they are and do is wrong. I am a stay at home mom of a daughter and I don't have many worries for her. She'll have lots of opportunity. I'm scared for my next child to be a boy and have to live with the burden of society treating him like a mental/emotional reject. I'm the only girl, outside my mother obvs, in my family. My brothers' children are all men. I see how this directly impacts them and it breaks my heart... When a man pays me a compliment on the street, it's prefaced with, "I don't mean to be creepy, don't take this the wrong way," or some kind of apology. Men's mental health support--doesn't really exist and men make up a majority of the suicides, nationally. It's horrifying and it's a world I fear living in.

This is simply brilliant. There are no easy solutions, only tough discussions. But that is all we have, open, respectful, honest, and compassionate discussions about this topic. We admire Jess Butcher for speaking to this matter and more importantly being the change. What an example of a woman of strength and courage. As she stated, we need more confident girls AND boys. Children that can become strong protagonists in questioning cognitive narratives and flawed social norms.

Every special interest group thrives on the very thing they claim to be fighting. If they succeed, they are out of a job, so they must make sure they don't succeed or at least, give the impression they haven't. If there are no obvious injustices to fight, they have to invent them or create new definitions to make situations an issue to fight. In the end, it's not about helping the individuals any special interest group claims they're fighting for, it's about keeping those who run the special interest groups employed.

It's just amazing to me that anyone actually thinks that a 50/50 gender split in jobs is in any way desirable. It's such a nonsensical argument. It is ALWAYS spoken about with regards to STEM, and we are almost trying to force women to go into STEM when they would prefer to do something else. The exact thing they are fighting for, is for them to decide what women do, not for each individual women to choose for themselves. It's baffling that they can't understand that equality of opportunity doesn't equal equality of outcome, to be honest you would be hard pressed to find someone from this school of thought that actually knows the difference.

A big component of the issue that I take with discussing challenges men face are a part of the deeper issue I take concerning the treatment of individuals affected by invisible demographic discrimination. If you experience discrimination at a visible level that is highly relatable, your issue dominates the narrative. Invisible demographics then get superficial lines of privilege drawn all over them. So then look at the gender narrative - the narrative is men have positions of power and historically had more privilege protecting their lives. Maybe that's true, but then lets look at the cross section of men who experience extreme mental health challenges. Are they more advantaged than the average woman? If their lives are permanently adversely affected in such a way that the system prevents them from attaining normal lives, does the gender narrative actually apply to them specifically? Is the cancel culture at that point not just a form of systemic abuse? And so this is the problem I see with the obsession that culture has had with the equality narrative - it takes the narrative "Trauma is inherent to life, oppression is the organization and redistribution of that trauma," and it maintains a hierarchical narrative by playing on the illusory idea that progressiveness is only about the superficial narrative. It takes equal rights and leans hard on 'equal' (for the person being advocated for) and not at all on 'rights' (which are supposed to consider everyone).

As an honest, open minded, non-judgmental white man, I do sometimes weary of hearing how oppressive I am. I haven't changed my views on promoting (and only allowing) a fair playing field in interactions with all people (regardless of race, gender, gender identity etc.), but I have to admit, when folk start complaining about generalized "inequality in society", I often tune them out. It's counter productive at this point. If someone in my personal life has a specific instance of perceived unfairness they want to discuss with me, I'm always ready to listen. But general complaints get tuned out. It's not that I don't care, it's just numbness. I'm honestly more concerned with issues such as the accepted level of violence in our society, police, educational, and medical misconduct and the bureaucracies that brush those issues under the rug. Political gerrymandering, corruption, the infantilization of television programming, etcetera.

Well, congratz, you look like a decent human being with a clue about the life he's living. No sarcasm, it's more than most nowadays. Too bad it's all a predictive social agenda to push globalism, immigration and tolerance down our throats so our so-called leaders can rule over one divided world nation of lazy slaves. None of these issues will ever be fixed, they will however be addressed publicly to normalize community wars so the people are too busy pulling the blanket and fighting for their social rights, they won't realize it's being taken away from them as a whole. Through free speech, through technology, through laws, through security, through society itself, to "protect" us from ourselves with censorship and media mind control. The sad part is that complaining about it, makes it even worse for society's balance and dividing the people even more. We're trapped, this was planned for more than 50 years and it's too late for us to wake up now. I just hope with all my heart that all those missing children that are abducted for satanic traffic purposes are going down with society at this point.

Being a woman isn't a disadvantage generally speaking. Women are often given preferential treatment in the workplace, in recruitment selection, in the courts and in health care. Guidelines straight that women should be expected to lift less weight in the warehouse and some do take advantage of that as a way of doing less (trust me, I worked in a warehouse) and the fact I would happily lift up to 25kg was mind boggling to them. "But we're told not to lift more than 16kg! Leave it to the men!"

Take ANY situation: and woman are ( on average) severely privileged. Example: discord: 24 people (man) are trying to get a word in. In comes a woman. She can, by herself, now claim at least half of the speaking time. Because she is a woman. The ship is sinking. There are 100 people on board: and only 25 seats on the last dingy out. Guess how many woman will be on that dingy. Its wartime. 100's of people are needed for extremely dangerous work: with 30+ percent of the people assumed to be killed by this single mission.
