I am a thief. We only judge people by the sins we don't deal with, there's no degree of sin. Sin is sin. I notice that many Christians will talk about homosexuality and abortion, but we don't talk about glutinaty and lieing. Thanks for speaking so knowledgeably on God and His Word for healing people! I agree to disagree on the abortion issue. I will always vote based on this principle. I will never as a human being who has carried multiple children and even lost a child, be able to support anyone who is for the tragic, horrific, torturous murder of innocent precious babies, fearfully and wonderfully made by Almighty God. The other issues and values that are based in Biblical principles…they are not about saving and protecting those who cannot protect themselves. They are about grown adults who are living and have a voice and can vote or make independent thoughts and choices. These innocent babies have no choice. I sit next to people too and not issues. I sit with the babies who need a voice. I’m not looking to vote in a savior who hasn’t screwed up. I’ve got a Savior. I’m not looking to have him pastor my church. I am looking for someone who will make good decisions where good and protective decisions need to be made for innocent babies who cannot vote and who do not have a voice. I’m sure there are believers who think Trump is their political messiah…and yes, This is silly. Christ is King no matter who is in office. My faith is in Him and I’m voting to protect unborn babies in their most vulnerable state. Why are people looking for trump or anyone else to be the perfect image of a pastor or just like Jesus? Why are they held to this standard? It’s the president. Not a pastor. Not our Savior. I don’t get it. I can vote for principles based on saving the lives of those who don’t have a voice. I think that’s okay.

I empathize with the sentiment, but from personal observation and experience, I have encountered white individuals who claim to prioritize Christ and profess to be colorblind, but ultimately show bias towards their own race. Many white people in church remained silent when black individuals were unjustly killed by the police, yet were very vocal when it came to black-on-black crime. I don't believe that all white people are inherently bad, but based on my experiences, I find it difficult to completely trust any white person. Countless times when I thought I could trust a white person, it ended in disappointment.
