First leveling up both have to do is having health and fitness in check. If yer not fit/healthy. Then yer not even offering the bear minimum. Realistically speaking. If your healt/fitness and diet isnt in check then you have nothing to offer. Near 80% of the population is presently not even offering the bear minimum. I mean less than 20% of the popularion even counts as *moderatly active.* That means less than 20% of the population even gets their heart rate above *resting* for 20-30 min per day.
