u r saying this because there is lot of swelling on her face after surgery. If you see her proportions after surgery, they have improved significantly. After the swelling goes away, she is going to be atleast 3 times more attractive. She already looks more attractive after surgery.

I’m wondering if the patients could have pain medication a half hour before the bandages are removed, one can tell that for some of them the pain is difficult to tolerate. I personally have a high tolerance for pain but many simply do not.
