The Zane series of books are probably the easiest read for BlkMen because they're meant for our culture. They're not necessarily those silly thug-love books either... The only one I remember was about a Sorority that practices seggsual freedom... It's easy to identify... The Fifty Shades of Grey thing is typical also, and the characters are so flat that it's difficult to care enough to follow the stories... However, you can get the point of the uneven exchange women crave... Chaste, regular woman swept off her feet by a billionaire masochist with unexamined issues [explains the plot of Fifty Shades]...
