Mam, today you have really inspired me a lot. I have left my 14 yrs lecturership job as Asst. Professor in engineering college before lockdown due to 2nd pregnancy. I have dedicated all time to my family n kids ,but being financially dependent on husba always faced criticism n suffered from a lot of health issues. Now at the age of 45, i have focused on my health 17:34 with 26 kg weight lose n maintained it. I have decided to start career as fitness coach instead of criticism by closed ones. But i feel blessed n satisfied while helping others to solve their health issues. By listening to your video, now it has become my lifetime goal. Thanks mam for really inspiring me😊

I am 38 years old. Have one daughter. And had one abortion and 1 miscarrage. So many health issues. When I was 20 yrs old, I lost my parents..
