I prefer Valerie Mahaffey. I know the role was intended for Julie Haggerty, but Valerie was so much better.

It’s really weird how they handled it. Valerie Mahaffey filled in for three or four episodes until Julie Hagerty was available. Then Hagerty took over, and then left after two episodes. Then Mahaffey came back for one, and then the character was gone altogether.
