I really appreciate this video! I work at an elementary school, and no one wears much make up, but it is so nice to see what you use to look so fabulous! I also learned a few things about skincare. Thank you! I love your channel!

Great video! What moisturiser brand do you use in the UK?

New subscriber here. Love your videos Sally. No nonsense. Straight to the point. I would also like to know which UK moisturiser you used. The bottle looked a bit like Elemis?

Hi thank you so much. The skincare line is Foreverderm and it’s one that I created many years ago. I didn’t want to mention it as it felt a bit off to self promote. I recommend any nourishing cream with vitamin C would be fabulous ☺️

I've really been enjoying your videos and I watched this one for your recommendation on make up brushes. You said they were from Amazon and you'd link them below the video but they are not included in your recommended items. Please add a link.

Great recommendations! I just subscribed 👍I'm 67 and always enjoy learning about great things for more mature ladies. I'm sad, however, that too many makeup and skincare products have moved their manufacturing to China. Elf, for instance, has always been made in China. But many others, WetnWild, NYX and a number of other well-known brands are made in China now or have some of their manufacturing there. I'm sure these companies monitor their products for health & safety, but I avoid "made in China" for anything I put in or on my body. And even if the products are fine, I just don't want to keep buying so many products made in countries that don't follow the same protective regulations that N. American, UK & EU, Japan, & S. Korea (S.Korea brands are priced well & are high quality.) Japanese skincare/makeup is also very high quality but can be much pricier.) Be very wary of never heard of brands or copycat luxury brands that are made in China at very low prices. There are horror stories there. These remarks are, of course, my own opinions from what I've experienced or learned about.

You need to also treat your décolleté because that area really ages fast. And the back of the hands.

65 and just discovered you. I like your videos and their content. I also liked this one. However … where is the SPF ?!? I’m honestly quite shocked. I’ve been using SPF all my life (yes it did exist even then, always surprised by women 10 years and more younger than me saying it didn’t exist “in the old days”.) Because I was very blond my nan and my mother always made sure I never ever got in the sun without. And I must say I’m soooo glad they did and also that I kept putting it on too. I see so many younger women with sun damage, age spots, … I’ve had a picture taken in my beauty salon last week. Those who go down in the underlying skin layers and my skin appears to be 55. That is 10 years younger than my actual age! I do have wrinkles and fine lines of course, after all I am 65 and botox and filler free. But I have not one spot on my decolleté. So please ladies, do not skip the SPF. It’s the best anti aging product you can use. And just to say I’m not a freak. I do not put it on when I stay in all day. Even then you should, they say. But hey we have a brain and can think for ourselves can we. Beware of toxic ingredients though, so inform yourself.

I never skip SPF I have had two Basel Cell carcinomas and have severely sun damaged skin. My video failed mid way and I salvaged what I could. You will see me mention La Roche Posay in all of my other videos. Thank you for your comment ☺️

Why would anyone use a product with a creepy name like embryolisse?
@SallyAtkins9 ай бұрын
It’s an incredible French nourishing cream. Created in the 1950s don’t let the name fool you.
