If when you first meet someone in a romantic context and they are smiling while nervously saying, "being in front of a beautiful woman makes me nervous", it's not unreasonable to assume they are referring to your physical appearance- physical includes all part of the human body. She didn't lead with you have a beautiful "spirit or energy", she said I find you beautiful. I personally think she meant that she didn't find her weight "physically" attractive, just comparing to the woman she chose, and knowing the world we live in but not being specific allows for open interpretation, because these are just assumptions.
