My wife gone cold and emotionally distant some months ago. I was hurt but learnt to be selfish to focus on myself and emotionally detach from her. I go exercise, lose weight, look fitter. I’m glad we can get information like this to really know what’s going on. But and a big but, it’s kinda made me dislike the nature of females.
