Hello, Ranveer and Team can you please bring Ms. Sinu Joseph she has worked closely with local tribes to understand and help them with menstrual health and she has also written a whole book on why women during their reproductive phase i.e. from menarche to menopause (to be more precise) are not allowed to enter Sabarimala temple with proper scientific reason. Please bring her on the show

Dear Ranveer and Suman ji, this podcast is literally my prayer answered. I have been struggling since 8-9 months to find the answers to my issues, went to various gynacs, orthopedics, dermatologist but I was not able to get any solutions. Finally I told Mahadev, I give up, please show me the path, I want to live energetically, I am not able to only observe my health issues. I am struggling. In a few weeks of this prayer I came across this podcast. I had stopped watching TRS podcast lately but something in my head told me to watch this one and I know this podcast was meant for me. Ofcourse for all the women but this podcast was like a 1:1 consultation for me. Blessings to you and Suman ji for getting us this information free of cost! Next time, please cover peri menopausal phase as well. Also, what type of Omega 3 to be taken? There are so many types in it.

myself going through perimenopause as well apart from workout 3 times a week, daily 12k steps, atleast 50gm protein daily as i weigh 52kgs, i believe in supplements i take Vit ADK, krill omega epa :dha should be around ratio 2:1 with fatty foods, vit C + zinc empty stomach magnesium biglycinate 1 hr before bedtime, atleast 8 hrs of sleep daily also if u feel the need noon nap for 20min or even 10min works wonders Let me know if u are stuck any where happy to help u further

Thank you soooooo much for being considerate and for mentioning how some of the south Indians struggle to understand Hindi. It's not that we are not interested in Hindi. We were consciously made not to study Hindi by some of the politicians and it has affected a lot of people when they go out of their home town or to a different country, where naturally you are expected to know Hindi as its majorly spoken in the country.

Ranveer you should also bring someone from disability background. This awareness needs to be created too. I fought with childhood brain tumor when i was 16 and its 14 years since it made me partially disabled. So many people should know about the disability too. Much Love🏵

Some of the oil that is being recommended is really processed and bad...sunflower oil, rice bran oil, etc....Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil are the best oils in terms of not being processed.

Great piece of information!!! I definitely had all these - methi gud laddoo and doodh daliya during my postpartum.. however didn’t know a bit how much should we eat more.. or increase the consumption of protein and calcium and the amount of it.. It is great information for any new moms.. as our moms and MILs are not aware of the macros.. they are aware of what dadi nani said.. and not all of us visit dieticians.. am sure it will be termed as a taboo if we try doing that during that time… the MILs will not like it for sure

Such a great conversation... I really enjoyed even the last one where she shared a lot about deit in general... The only that did not sit with me then she said something like Lauki Juice doesn't set right with her because bottle guard can't be eaten uncooked... I drink lauki juice every day with pulp... Just add lemon juice and the acid will breakdown the uncooked feeling... Even today when I was having my juice I was thinking about that comment 😂 this podcast is feeling like fun... I agree with the oil and ghee thing totally

White Vaginal discharge issues - Hey Ranveer, can you get us the top most gynaec/nutrionist on the show to discuss this prevalent issue? - So many women are silently fighting with white vaginal discharge issues. I have consulted few gynaecs. None of them could convince me with right reason/precaution/treatment for it. They all say it's an infection and give a tablet to be kept in vagina for few days. Then why does it reappear, even after maintaining good hygeine? I'm suffering from it from last 10 years and feel very weak to do tasks that require me to stand/walk for long hours (more than 40 mins.) I had to leave exercising as well so many times because this issue gets aggravated.

Our 9, 10,11, and 12th grades are very strenuous. We have a lot to cover for board and competitive exams in those years. We usually go for tuitions after school and then after getting back from tuitions we only have a few hours of the day left to even catch up with our lessons. So yeah, sleeping at 11 pm did feel like a crime because it would feel like if we didn't finish our chapters before sleeping, we wouldn't be able to keep up with the next day. I used to sleep at 1 and wake up at 6 in my 11th and 12th grades with science. It is the same all over the world. I am in the US now, and all my friends from all around the world share the same story. It is worse with my friends from China and South Korea. Even my American friends pull all-nighters very often. Now I am an academic and even now I work till late at night and often complete my papers late at night. Some conferences even give a deadline of Niue time midnight, which is 5 am EST and on those days all of us in our labs stay up till very late at night and work on our papers till almost 5am. Even our senior colleagues who are 60- 65 years of age do the same. My university even had a coffee flavor ice cream called " the all- nighter" :D . What to do if we have to keep up with academics and also get the required sleep?

I totally disagree on the points she made about milk products and multi vitamins. One is better off not consuming milk and its products if the cow is given antibiotics, artifically inseminated and milk is extracted unethically if she hasnt fed her calf (during the feeding period). We just end up consuming a lot of toxins through the milk and overload the liver, which eventually causes a lot of chronic illnesses. Our ancestors never took multivitamins, how were they so fit and capable? If the body is lacking in a vitamin or mineral, it means it is unable to absorb it through food. This could be because the food is deficient in those vitamins or the body has overload of toxins that is preventing it from absorption. In many cases, its because of the toxin overload. We dont need multivitamins as long as we have whole vegan food, cooked at home with good intentions. We must avoid toxic processed foods and certain cookware, flush the liver every 4 weeks to get rid of the toxic buildup, spend a lot of time in sun as sun is healing, cook our own food using whole ingredients and cold pressed oils and most importantly, be happy and content from within and have good thoughts about self and others

Also talk about calcium she should mention about Calcium lysinate provides the bioavailable calcium higher than the other calcium salts. Certain calcium supplements that are not chelated have been shown to interfere with the absorption of some other minerals, particularly with iron. And excess calcium can cause unwanted calcification which is hazardous ⚠️
