I wish the WNBA coaches were more like NBA coaches. They suck - any tiny thing, they’ll call it. It’s the same in collegiate woman’s bball too. These women are tough, quit treating them like they can’t handle a little roughness. I love D, but she’s been in the WNBA long enough to know how the refs operate and she plays off that. The refs need to stop calling fouls so much - the players learn very quickly how much they can get away with so they’ll follow suit. Also, I guarantee you the only reason they both got a T was because they swore at each other…which happens all the time in the NBA.

Its either ignorance or intentional. Reminds me that Jalen Rose did this to Kobe Bryant. And there was even a 4th in the form of a shove at the horn. Looks like they may have been trying to hurt her I mean all of this in a 1:42 ?

@@Ttbeballin24 could have, yes. None of the defenders purposely did anything against Dirty D. The last play McCowan and Nurse got tangled up, fell and both ran into Diana. She should have barked at Nurse as well.

I feel bad for WNBA players. There’s just so little demand for their tickets and merchandise. That’s why they can’t get paid more. I’m still ridin’ with my Seattle Storm, but more men need to watch. The games are very entertaining if you don’t crave dunks. The women shoot and pass better, tbh.

More WOMEN need to watch. Not men. The WNBA lacked the support from women two years ago. There's a little more now with the addition of Caitlin Clark.

McCowen should not have been called for a foul on the first play. Taurasi kicked her leg out to draw contact and then hit McCowan in the face intentionally on the way down. No way that was a foul on McCowen.
