Thank you for sharing the sponsor. I was losing my hair, even recently had a heart attack with no heart disease or arterial blockage. My Dr says a medical broken heart is rare but real. I can't change how hard it is to get legally protected from my abuser, but i can put my focus on me and my child, which includes my health. I'll be trying these supplements to bolster the health and fortitude of the Wonder Woman in me.

Hydration is key to healthy hair. Add it to your green juice to rehydrate and strengthen your strands; not to your coffee. Coffee makes you loose minerals along with the water you loose for drinking it. Counterproductive. Green juice can be full of minerals and low calorie too. It's what you need with your supplement.

Especially as women! Naturally, we are very intuitive and in fact, all humans are very intuitive. But women can walk into a room and read everyone’s emotions in that room whether they know the people or not. Even if there are a dozen people in the room. BUT - our modern world has disturbed our intuition. Some other important things to add to the list… People who meditate genuinely say that watching TV, having too much screen time such as smartphones and iPads, even having too much sex, can all alter our sense of reality and our intuition. Junk food, animal meat and products also can alter our bodies and therefore our brain. Just eating too much in general. Also the things you mention! I have given up alcohol and marijuana completely. I have worked to an 85% plant-based diet. I swim, bike, run and weight train and let me tell you my intuition is on point these days and I look back to times that I was drinking and smoking too much and eating poorly and not moving my body and I was not my best self and I will never go back. I have been able to rid of some negative friendships and other destructive relationships in my life that were not serving me. In the time my judgment was clouded, I was oblivious but now I can clearly see which friends and family members in my life actually support me and love me and have my back. All the others I keep at a distance if you know what I mean.

Lying by omission.... master manipulators love to sit back and listen. They will allow you to tell on yourself... without saying a word. They have patience 🙏 and aren't into seeking validation. They allow you to build a story in your head about who (they) are ... and then go with it.

Yes lying through omission is what I experienced they can be so crafty and manipulative now I have Trust issues which means I will be alone for possibly the rest of my of my life but I am better off alone than with someone who chisels away at your self esteem and self worth
@saralina1018
@saralina1018 Ай бұрын
@christinejones4785 Don't ever give your self-worth to another person. What you need to do for yourself is to go within and glue back together the parts of you that have been hurt or traumatized. Self love and self validation is all you need. When you stop seeking outward validation it will change your perspective on so many things. When you have triggers from another person's actions, words that is your bodies response letting you know you have something within that needs to be worked on. Half the time it's having that self love. The only things we can control are our thoughts, words, and actions. If you are a confident person and stand strong with who you are, your not going to let anyone take that away with theirs words or actions. It's all about having that innerstanding of one's self. Meeting people can teach us a lot about ourselves by how we react to them. It can show us the unhealed parts of ourselves. The parts that need more love and healing and you cannot get that from outward influences. You need to go within. Don't give up on yourself, there is only one you! You are unique and beautiful all on your own and you have something to share with this world, YOU! If you truly love and care about yourself you will not tolerate any lies or bs from another person. Have the self love and respect to let them go and move on. Sometimes good hearts choose poor decisions. Through understanding we grow, through judging we separate. You come first, if your not happy don't blame someone else for that, you make your own decisions. You choose to stay or go. By staying you agree to their ignorance and devalue your self worth. By leaving you choose YOU, you choose to love yourself and respect yourself enough to make that decision. Don't give up on yourself. Work on yourself. Love yourself whole heartedly. Sending you much love and light on your journey. You hold the pen to your story, make it a bestseller. 🫶💛✨️

I think I might be a master manipulator. I do what you describe. I don't intend any manipulation. People just share everything with me and forget I exist and I observe watch, remember. And up being able to see patterns and people in their behaviors. My brain just automatically puts pieces together. And I seem to follow the path that I perceive as the best chance for Harmony without violating my morals. I can't come out and just ask out right for help. I need to make sure it's not going to be a burden or inconvenience first. I want people to help me out of their free choice not because they feel obligated responsible or like they can't say no. I lie by omission. I told people I'm fine when I'm not. I don't Always understand what people are talking about but I nod my head like I do. I Once Attempted stealing a balloon at a New Year's party. Turn out it was just a string tied to the ceiling. Back in high school I cheated on my test. Because I knew I understood the material I just couldn't remember it during the test. And I didn't think it was fair for me to get bad grades just because I couldn't remember under pressure. I'm not proud of it and I regretted it. My Jiminy Cricket is A Is torturer.

@sandy89107 For women, we are shaped to be more people pleasing and tend to be more emotional based. And if there has been any trauma or abuse, it makes these even worse tending to justify. Give chances and talk ourselves out or in to things. We then are the ones that 'lie' to ourself. Youre right in that we can and do have good instincts. And we learn not to trust them. What he is stating is this in a way, for many our instincts can be readily or easily hijacked. One way to not have that happen is, to not put complete trust and faith in them. So, by all means trust your instincts but also, have a a backup or secondary, like a logic test after. A bit like a firewall or extra sieve. So that, if or when someone is fooling us, faking, lying, we will have the ability to recognize it and acknowledge it.

He uses absolutes when there are nuances and shades of grey. "don't trust your gut" for example. Statement like these caused him to backpeddle multiple times when the interviewer asked for appropriate clarification. Credibility is lost for me. Saying everyone is equally f'd up and then saying in the next breath "not that we would do what d!ddy did" undermines his credibility. Are we equally f'd up or would "we never do what he did" ... which is it? Again using absolutes when there are nuances and shades of grey.

So many people sharing false information, agreeing without thinking, saying how great someone is that they do not really know, playing along to get along, not being aware or honest. Also failing to report incidents of violence or threat, which is selfish and enables further incidents. I see that all the time. Its the "whats in it for me" flaw that so many people suffer from.

Great assessment! I am dealing with a co-worker who is telling me one thing and goes to other people to tell them another. She is doing that to everyone. I can't even tell my boss because he also talks to her. I am working in a stressful field with young children. I don't need the drama. I get pay well here, so I don't want to leave. If it's becoming too toxic then I have to find another place.
@2bNot
@2bNot 3 ай бұрын
@@Nicole-gb4zeSorry to hear that. I usually recommend finding ways to become immune to such people, so that they get no power over us, but that's not always easy and there can be risks. I won't go into all my own horror stories, which go all the way to attempts at killing me on the job. One toxic person I began filming them on my phone, every time they came to my house, and would record all of their messages, or sometimes conversations because they were making threats and were bribing people to come and get me. I have fended off all types of people, in the hopes of also saving others by my example. I advise most people, to remain calm. Make it easy for others to see who the problem is. Collect evidence where possible. Sometimes let the boss know that if ever that person is gone, then you might come back. It's really a HR issue, so if it is documented, even on a confidential basis, that might help over time. Remaining calm, and respectful even if angered, I think is good. Good Luck, Stay Safe, and go where the good is 🙋🤍

That sucks. It must have been easier to fool yourself for a while and think "nah, I'm being paranoid" than to realize how horrible the person is to do that to you. That sort of thing will make a person distrustful of others in the future. Dishonest people like that destroy so much. That's why I like this subject being talked about, because I hope it makes it impossible for them to keep getting away with it. Saying everyone is equally f'd up and then saying in the next breath "not that we would do what d!ddy did" undermines his credibility. Are we equally f'd up or would "we never do what he did" ... which is it? He uses absolutes when there are nuances and shades of grey. He backpeddled so many times I lost count. I think one of the reasons why several of us in the comments bristled at him, saying “not to trust your “gut”, is because of what he is defining as that “gut feelings.” “inconsistencies “and “efforts “and patterns are of different behavior I think are all the things that people believe they are recognizing in their gut. But for someone like him who quantifies every single part of the interaction, he is defining the “”part of the reaction to only be the first initial feeling. I believe most people are seeing these behavior, change patterns, attitude, changes, etc. and also receiving those changes in the “gut “, even though these changes are happening later in the list of discovery of possible lies.

when i became conscious instead of following in a type of brain fog, i felt unable to control my decisions or make healthy decisions that were not what i had been programmed to by an abusive mother. as i became a believer in the word of God through His son, slowly i was able to become awake to the truth of the lies that i had believed. to break the trauma is exactly as you have described. generation to generation we follow what we have been programmed to be we see this around the world ending in the violence that has so greatly increased and shall need the intervention of Christ and His armies as He promised. how can we break generation after generation of programming lies and trauma without being brought out of this . i also came out of this world systems including religions which only continue on the legacy of lies and trauma. thanks Lisa for such clear thoughtful questions about this curse of generational trauma. and thank you Andrew for being so honest about your generational trauma. you chose as i did to break the cycle and as i found it would entail being conscious. without staying with my decision to break the cycle i would slip back into the old ways. now, with much personal choice i have been able to change myself. my desire to raise my children a new way was dashed despite my own personal beliefs and choices. i married a very dangerous man who because of his own abuse had chosen to repeat the cycle with our 2 boys and me. anything i raised the boys in was destroyed secretly and i was unable to save them from their father. one died a few years ago and the other one made the unconscious choices of his father and has decided he no longer has a mother. no matter what happens we can go forward and let go of programming and decisions based on that. thank you for your example Andrew-you will break the trauma cycle. i have become the person i have always wanted to be but not by remaining married to a person who is still blind to this day. peace and love to both you and Lisa and your families. keep up the good work. it will make a change in future generations that begin with us.

"falling in love" is not transactional, that's the flaw in his scheme. Loving is an action verb, not passive. It's a commitment and a decision, regardless of what the other person does. It is also above time, not affected by time. You can love someone completely and realize that you cannot live with them because they are toxic (narcissistic, psycho, manic depressive, hysteric, paranoid schizophrenic, irresponsible, lazy, passive, ...) or batshit crazy (psychotic). So no, falling in love is not "falling into trust."

I’ve seen and experienced some of the carnage people can leave and the games they play. The day to day living and the outrageous things that happen tell me to sit back, listen and watch more closely.

Sometimes you only have a moment or two to make a decision and , therefore, I think it’s vital to ‘stay in tune’ with your instincts. Often instincts often include unpleasant experiences which may not be part of the conscious impression. If, after recognizing your ‘discomfort’ , or whatever you are feeling you have time to make a coherent decision using a more analytical or logical decision making process. But there are times when instinct gives you a powerful motivation to get away from a person , for example,and get away. You may never know if instincts saved you but you saved yourself from becoming a potential victim of a person with a dubious nature. True instinct, in my experience, is not a thought process but a strong sense of danger, or of something being wrong.

My gut says this guy should never be trusted! NEVER!! Very intelligent, very clever, very manipulative, very dangerous. Read his shirt. Believe him.

Valuable information in the interview. I learned amongst other things that I should not eat a burrito the night before a polygraph test.

In Munchausens by proxy the mom *knew* she was lying. She did it for the high of the drama and the attention and the halo of being a doting caretaker of a “suffering” child. I *guarantee* that if you had even breathed a word that questioned the veracity of her daughter’s conditions, the would have gone ballistic with rage. Guar-an-tee.

Falling in love is not about trust - it’s about delusion. People fall in love with people who are not safe to have their homes!
