Sydney out here joggin. The reason she's so much better than anyone who's ever run it is because she's so Strong but also so Fast. You can see it in her physiology and stride. She's a perfect specimen for track and field.

Yeah. I gotta agree with @TheGreatness. Our girl was totally jogging those last 10m or so. I do not know what else you'd call it. Course against her jogging those last few meters at the trials would be me busting a lung with a 300m head start trying to all out haul butt to finish last. That would be me at 17 not my 57 year old self. 😂 OK. Yes. I'm lying. That would be me waiting on Sydney to bring me back some oxygen at the 1st 10-meter mark. 😢

@@blz9362 : We had a guy on our HS track team that went state in the quarter mile (400m). His stride walked me off the track with ease. These top-tier athletes are on a level all their own, and since she doesn't even have any competition, she's just racing against herself (ie the clock).

How is it that they failed to mention something that is your opinion? Your comment is ridiculous. It's her career and her choice. You are not a factor in her decisions. Syd's choice to defend her Olympic title against a competitor who has bettered herself is no easy task. It's admirable. Additionally, you don't know how her injury played into her decision.
