The Vitality at Sea Fitness Center is the gym onboard Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas. If you have been on a cruise before, you know that every cruise ship gym is created different: different equipment, lower/higher ceiling heights, more weights, and difference machines.

Brandon look at you over 5k! I've been here with you since 250. Yes 250ish. You're doing really well. I love the spa and the gyms. But that gym is super nice. That gym is truly an upgrade 🤣😂🤣😂 It's even better than Odyssey's gym. Yep, the spin bikes were to only be used when there is an instructor. Great review. Keep on growing 🎊🎉🎊🎉

I wish they'd bring back the upstairs nightclub like on the Voyager class. The Music Room is great on Quantum, but Oasis is really missing that sparkling late night space.

Yeah, The Attic and Blaze just isn't cutting it. Very small and doesn't pop like you would want. However, if you want a great late night seen, you should come with me on a Weekend Sailing on Freedom ;-)

Its funny, I travel to many ships but my favorite gym will always be the Freedom of the Seas for that exact reason. The views are beautiful!

You should pack a few to be in the safe side. Have never seen them in abundance at the gyms.

A flaw with the spa was that the treatment rooms were below the gym. Every time someone dropped weights or jumped etc in the gym you could hear it below. Also some people didn’t like the fact the sauna/steam room were unisex. Overall still a great place.

Hey there, traditionally, they open at 6 or 6:30am. When you board, they will have a sign outside of the gym letting you know the hours for each day of your cruise.

It is located I believe on Deck 6 forward and is one level above the Royal Promenade.

It is included!! If you have status, the drink coupons you get at diamond and higher also work there.

There is not. It was removed several years back to create additional staterooms.

Hey there, funny, I was just talking with a group of folks yesterday about creating a spreadsheet of each ship to capture if is has a free sauna, a paid sauna, no sauna, and if it is co-ed or not. It is differnet on every ship. For Wonder, it is a co-ed paid sauna in the spa. You get complimentary access if you book a massage, which I think i sthe better deal if you are going to use spa anyway.

They have a thermal spa and I believe it is co-ed but am not 100% on that.

The layout is but does have a bit different machines. I've never figured out how they order their equipment as even the same ship will have different items.
