Here is a rare Behind the Scenes look at the "Wonder Years." Join Regis Philbin on location in Burbank to meet Fred and Ben Savage, Danica Mckellar, Josh Saviano, and some of the crew. While a DVD release may never occur, this makes for a sweet "Bonus Feature."

I bought the whole series the other day with cases and artwork. Sure they're recorded episodes from tv but its all the episodes with all the original songs and in great quality. I'm just now starting season 4.

Well they're recorded from ION television the ones i bought and i don't notice anything cut out of them. It has an animated menu with clips from each episode playing in the selection list. Its a great set and everyone thats bought it has loved it.

If they were from ABC's original broadcast, I would jump all over that set! The airings in syndication (on Hub and Spike, for example), although they have the original music, are cut to shreds.

As of March 2014 there are several articles announcing that the music licensing has (finally) been dealt with and the show will be released on DVD. :) Really hoping extras like this and the Biography program are included....even commentary on the pilot would be wonderful.

Yes, arrowguy. It appears "Time-Life" has licensed all of that great music from the original airings of the "Wonder Years." Much like they did with "China Beach." Those seasons were just recently released and contained great bonus features as well. I've heard Fred Savage do a commentary track for the "Boy who could Fly" (1986). Here's hoping they get the whole cast reunited for some great bonus material to go with the boxed set.

The director of the pilot, Steve Miner, has contributed some nice commentaries to "Soul Man" (1986) & even "House". I hope they get him, and the creators together for a commentary or some retrospective documentary.

The Netflix version of The Wonder Years is terrible don't watch it because they put in different songs in some episodes and the picture quality in some of the episodes suck. A lot of the episodes are still the same though.
