The kit we can buy now certainly beats the good old days with wobbly steps and a short Smokey Stihl hedge cutter spluttering and blowing acrid smoke 💨into your face that’s for sure .. 👍carry on gently 😃

I ordered the HLA 135K to start my business, how come you went for the smaller 66? I always felt(although it was the older model) like the 66 couldn't quite keep up with what I was used to
@LewisgardenservicesLtd2 жыл бұрын
So I took a while thinking about it before taking the plunge into battery gear maybe 3 years ago, I really didn't know if it would be any good or if it would do the job. I decided on the combi unit and the 3000 backpack as I already had the Stihl combi attachments ( ironically I was just switching to echo petrol kit as I felt Stihl quality was now questionable) I thought this would be a professional outfit but without committing completely to it. The reason for battery was my wrists and elbows were dying due to weight and vibration from petrol kit over a long time and I was hoping this would help. I ran that for a season then added the 65 now the 66 as I invested in some ap300 batteries and battery chainsaw and thought it would be light for trims. Out of all the battery kit I have now the 65/66 is the one I wouldn't be without, it's no good for heavy work but will easily do yearly conifer trims and through maintenance season it's just so simple to pick up and run for small hedge work. The hla135 is on my list tho as I'm currently using a km111 petrol combi for heavier work and want to have a similar battery option, what's your thoughts on it as I haven't used one? Sorry for the long reply

Hi Nathan , I have the extendable battery machine , which is great , what’s the smaller one like ? I have two 300 s battery’s so might get that shorter body , what do you think ?
@LewisgardenservicesLtd2 жыл бұрын
The shorter one is the hla 66, I'd have that over the extendable one every day of the week, it's so light and balanced. Extendable one for me is just for the wide high stuff, for around £275 I'd never be without one. You've got the batteries so make good use of them👍
