Wonderland, Hoad Hill, Ulverston

A winter wonderland to be correct. Stood around Sir John Barrow Monument at the top of Hoad Hill enjoying the "Big Country". I must say the air conditioning was fantasic up there. Luckly I had enough footage before my fingers went numb. I hope you like the video Andy with a good choice of music as well which I purchased off Amazon. Thanks for watching.

Apart from the obvious beauty of that footage it did look a February day up there. Made me twinge a bit thinking about the old days running over Hoad under similar conditions for our cross-country practice period at Victoria HS. Thanks for the great images and memories.

Britcanus living at Oubas Hill in the early 1980's this was my play ground behind my back door as well as my cross country route. I loved it and when I joined the Army 6 months after leaving Ulverston VHS I was as fit as a flea.
