please help i have 100/100 fibre connection and it doesnt allow me to watch twitch streams at 1080 in any browser. i tried everything and nothing seems to work at all... please help

Im not even watching a live stream. Let alone an "intense" one. (Whatever that means) Im watching a VOD, a stream that i missed. That's been recorded and saved for later viewing. Even THAT is buffering more than it's playing. On my phone.

Such a horrible guide...the only good piece of advise was DNS but even that wont really help....
