You have a real gift for simplification, Lauren - I watched a ton of Wonderwall lessons from other great teachers (hello Justin/Marty/Andy! etc) and nailed the chords easily, as you say - but it was only when I caught your vid that the penny suddenly dropped about this song suddenly becoming a LOT easier when you realise that many of the chord changes in that iconic intro actually happen on the UP-strums, not something that comes instinctively to a lot of beginner guitarists...🤦♂🎸

I started to play on a guitar for a very first time in my life 2 months ago (im 34 years old ) and i accidentally bumps into this video and i was like okey i have to learn thís song no matter of cost . (i was thinking that it is not a good idea to start learning this as a beginner ) nevertheless after 14 days of practicing 2 hours a day -no excuses : i,m able to play almost whole thing . And it is so rewarding . Thank you very much and have a great day Kind Regards from Czech Republic

What I immediately liked about this tutorial is that you call it an 'intermediate' song, as opposed to 'easy' or 'beginner' song which is what practically every other tutor on KZbin refers to it as ... so I feel less bad that I struggle with the strumming rhythm a lot! Mind you it is basically day one for me (more or less).
