Wonhos been working on his body since debut and even before, he’s worked over 6 years for the body he has and his body type is considered ‘ugly’ in Korean culture, he didn’t get that body overnight and he eats healthy but he doesn’t only drink protein shakes, I don’t think he’s on a diet either, he eats like a regular human, he eats chicken, burgers a lot of fast food, he just works out and doesn’t always eat unhealthy

Like most comments saying Wonho is the Captain America of K-pop I agree, his biceps says it all! I just found out about him and had no idea he was in Monsta X?! Then again, I just got into K-pop this year and got a lot of groups/solo artists that I need o hear I be lying if I said this song didn't lead me to buy the whole album but he's doing good as a solo. I wish him the best!!
