@@Mauve8 Jimin and Taemin met as idols, becaus Jimin looked up to Taemin and his dancing style as a senior. Taemin and Kai on the other hand met as trainees in SM when they were like 12 so they've been friends for like 15 years at this point. Jimin and Taemin became friends around 2016 but got closer in like 2017-18. Jimin and Kai have been friendly as fellow artists, with BTS saying they really respect and admire EXO and Baekhyun socializing with them often at events, and became closer also around 2016! So they didn't share a dance group, but TaeKai trained together as little babies and met Jimin much later on since Jimminie respected Taemins talent at dance as his senior and they grew close from there on! But yes! They have dance together lots, Taemin and Kai have adorable stories of sneaking into SMs dance practice rooms after hours and staying there all night together dancing and spending time together throughout their teen years♡ & Jimin and Minnie said they practiced alot for their collab stage so I'm assuming they've might have danced outside of just those days together♡ They are also a part of the "Padding Squad" that Taemin is sort of the centre of, however Padding Squad is not a dance group, but rather a regualr close friendship group like most people have, where they go on trips and vacations together, hang out and discuss work and normal things in groupchat etc, grab dinner together and go out to have fun, support and encourage one another etc. However, of course since most of the group are Idols, I'm sure that in these past few years there have been instances perhaps of them dancing together privately, but I can only confirm that Taemin and Kai would always dance and practice together, helping each other out all the way back since they were like 12, and Taeminnie and Jimin practiced for their collab together. They also all have matching padded jackets with a logo that Taemin designed with all of their hands incorporated in the imagery~ ♡ So essentially, they all are very good friends, but I suppose Taemin and Kai have known each other for 15 years now so there is that "soulmate" bond, and Jimin, Taemin & Kai as a trio for around 4 years now closely and so they have that bond between the 3 as well~

@@Mauve8 Yes~ Especially considering the fact that Taeminnie debuted at 14, and is only like 27 now, and is considered a seasoned senior in the industry, the fact that he has 12 years of debuted experience and like over 15 of dancing and singing experience in general is insane. The fact that he was considered a highly respected senior in KPOP with a 10 year long career at just 25 is mind blowing! ♡♡♡

Kai, Taemin, and Jimin are really close friends!! You can actually tell how they're quite similar in their movements, dance, personalities, and appeal. They have other idols as part of their group of friends. Jungkook is part of the 97 liner group of idol buddies with Seventeen's Mingyu, The8, and DK, ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo, NCT's Jaehyun, and GOT7's Yugyeom and Bambam. Taehyung has a squad they refer to as the Wooga group with the big time Korean actors Park Hyungsik (he used to be an idol as well), Park Seojoon, Choi Woosik (starred in an Oscar-winning movie, Parasite), and the artist Peakboy.
