So it's literally like, "To a squid and to an octopus, my stomach growls," but it's really just a cutesy play on "My stomach growls considerably." (**) More wordplay. "Saru mono owazaru" = "Those who depart will not be chased/pursued." But both ends of this sentence sound like the word "saru" or "zaru," which means "monkey." (***) Worth noting, I think, that the word I'm translating as "sir" here, "danna," could mean a number of things. Officially and originally translating as "master," it's also one of the most common words used for "husband." But, it can also be used to refer to just... the person you're serving, as a matter of business. Given that this song does contain the "Oh my God, oh my wife" refrain, I've seen other people just go with "husband" in translation here, but I'm not entirely sure that's the intent? Thing is, I'm not sure what the intent IS, so I decided to just play it safe and go with "sir," referencing the idea that it's being used to address the person being served in a business context.

@@Allen-R Oh, I don't know Japanese natively by any means! I studied Japanese in college, then followed that up by playing a lot of RPGs in Japanese and fan-translating some anime to learn even more. Then I worked in Japanese customer service for an MMORPG for a while, before finally moving into professional translation work. But there's still more to learn -- there's always more to learn! And songs with lyrics this "out there" really drive that point home. ;)
