Why its firing two times add_to_cart event?

There can be several reasons. Inspect the HTML Elements of the Button might be that it has two anchor links.

Hi. Not sure, since the dataLayer is being generated via GTM4WP Plugin, therefore we do not control/fix the dataLayer events. If the add_to_cart only fires once on the dataLayer, then you can recheck your GTM container, if there are more than one tags that are looking for the add_to_cart event. Sometimes there are more than one integrations of Ga4. So, one event goes from GTM and the other goes from the other Ga4 integration.

Hi, make sure, you Ga4 ID is correct. Also check the real-time reports to see if the events is there. Sometimes, VPN and Browser with extension can also cause issues.
