I am having both issues. Sometimes the gallery images show but not the main product image. Some of mine are missing some of the gallery images as well. How do I get all my images to show? Woocommerce seems to have a lot of issues.

I would suggest in this situation change the theme. It could solve lots of problems.

@@grabthisinfo1799 I figured it out by disabling all of my plugins and activating them one by one. This was happening on several sites. ALL were fixed by disabling Jetpack. Now, all my pictures are showing up. Weird.
