If you surround the light truck bed with "Plywood panel", you can carry more. Especially useful for stacking dead leaves and grass.

You should cut some plywood for the bed off your truck. It would be easier to clean off. Also keep you buckets more balanced

Looks like you just made more work for yourself. With the mountain of wood chips. Just a suggestion. As I see you water your meat chickens. If you build a shelf for the bucket to sit on. Add brace to support it. Then the weight will not be on the bucket handle. Bungee strap it to the upright. Love to watch your channel and see all your progress!! ❤

Love your educational homesteading videos. Pull wood chips several inches away from tree trunk. Wood chips against trees can create an environment for unwelcome insects such as termites, bark beetles and borers, as well as fungal disease and bacterial disease. 😊

If you just add a little in with the chips you will have perfect garden soil next spring. If you make a pile and add diesel fuel. They will not compost but will be good for walkway and such. Chips will also keep the soil more moist and actually keeps it from drying out. Neat white truck. Later

I gave a friend a bunch of my wood chips one time. But he had a short-bed pickup so I had to angle the tractor to stay over his bed. Had to be very slow/careful to not hit his cab window. For like $1500 you could add an electric/hydraulic dump function to your Kei bed.

I pulled my garlic yesterday too. I think it just finished up early this year because of the excess UV rays. The suns been pretty active the last couple months, and my uncovered soil is getting a bit hydrophobic as well. My June strawberries have been finished up for 3 weeks now. I don't know... good harvest.. no complaints!

I'm about an hour east of you and my garlic this year is behaving the exact same way! Not the usual cycle of life for it. I dug up a third and, except for a few that seem slightly too wet, they seem ok. I was worried that I overwatered them due to the lack of rain.
