This tiny food truck called Red Brick Pizza serves wood fired pizza on streets of Bhavnagar, Gujarat. This is probably the India's first ever mobile wood fired pizza oven. They serve huge varieties of pizza made using fresh ingredients and baked right in front of you in wood fire oven. The taste is absolutely delicious for a street pizza.

I live in bhavnagar and visited this place a couple of times. I am sad to say, itne acche nai hai. I was just xcited to see a wood oven but they are using readymade pizza base. What's the point of the wood burning oven then? Not worth it at all.
