Indian Van Serving Live Wood Fired Pizza on Street | Indian Street Food

This place in Ahmedabad serves delicious wood fired pizza right from their portable mobile van. They have set up a huge oven on their van which can bake pizza at 300 degree temperature. We've tried their Special Pizza which had many toppings such as olives, jalapeno, Paneer, Cheese etc. The taste was very yummy.

With all due respect for his efforts & hardworking ability, 300rs is quiet on a higher side. While in domino's you'll get regular size indi paneer cheese pizza for 150rs after activating discount code, alongside tacos & garlic bread for 60 rs each.

It is because of the wooden oven used. Original Italian Pizzas are made in such oven only. Wooden oven pizzas easily cost around 400-500 rs. Just like we have tandoor , in Italy wooden ovens are used.

Yes this seems very tasty setup and traditional desi oven is also good.... But still 300 is too much for any common man... One time food for this much is still costly... I am not going or comparing it with Pizza hut or Dominos... But still if he want it to reach to maximum it should be around 150 to 200.... Thanks....
