How to cook juice pork loin in the fantastic Skillcraft Apollo wood fired pizza oven. Here I cooked 18kg of fresh pork loin using hard wood Birch logs. Set to cook at 09:30 and ready at 75oC at 18:30. This temperature was recorded throughout with the INKBIRD WiFi 6 probe thermometer via the INKBIRD app.
This was served for New Years Eve party for 40 people (but would have fed 80+ easily) and served with cobs, roast potatoes, stufing, gravy and lashings of apple sauce. What an awesome oven!
