I remember from years ago (amazing ain't it) on the TV show The Rifleman Mark Lucas son was in the shop where rifle stocks were made by hand. And the craftsman rifle stock maker said to Mark " Whoa, go easy there you can always take off more wood, but you can't put it back on". Patience folks take off only what's necessary you can take off more later.. I know I'm guilty of that myself 😞😖
